Progress
The course begins with a physical warm-up while establishing expectations and objectives, followed by a period of filmed observation so that I can analyze your technique and what needs to be worked on. Then, we work on the different elements to improve through exercises and different scenarios. A second filmed observation allows us to see the evolution concretely.
